      Like the clouds in the sky, each bloom of the Floating Cloud (aka Ukigumo) morning glory are a little different each time. With different shades of windsor blue creating streaks and flakes in various amounts and degrees, it is like watching clouds as they change shape while they float by. This variety produces large 3 – 4 inch beautiful blooms and doesn’t grow very tall, around 8 – 12 feet.
