      Southern Jewel is a deep purple shimmering blossom with solid green leaves. It came from Black King from 2018. The main difference is the leaves are solid green, whereas Black King has variegated leaves. Both varieties produce some of the darkest purple blooms among the Japanese Morning Glories.
