Heian no Yuki, or The Snow of the Heian Era, looks like massive mounds of milky white snow. There were a few light pink genetic surprises, which were quite amazing as well. The Heian series are heavy bloomers, but if you want to collect many seeds, due to their enormous size you may have to help close the blooms in the evening.
